The finest of Indian teas is grown on the slopes of the Himalayan foothills in the northeast of the country. Darjeeling has two distinct harvest periods, known as 1st & 2nd Flush, Teas from the first flush have a light, fresh and flowery flavor, whereas teas from the 2nd flush have a strong, full and very aromatic flavour.
